Campaign Story
On March 13, 2017 the family of Magdalena Fragoso de Sanchez was struck with tragedy when she was rushed to the emergency room for bleeding and pain.
After testing, she was diagnosed with Stage 3 Colon Cancer. The diseased area requires delicate surgery, only after 6 weeks of chemotherapy and radiation that began on March 27, 2017.
The family will be in need of financial assistance for medical costs as well as personal assistance as Magdalena's treatment, at University Hospital Wisconsin, is a 10 hour round-trip drive from their home in Wilson, Michigan.
Magdalena is currently in the care of her loving husband, Ignacio, and only daughter, Deneb.
