Fight Brain Cancer

My mother (who is only 44, and raised me completely on her own) is currently fighting a battle with brain cancer. She used to be a very hard working woman who almost lived at work. Needless to say, this condition has sidelined her from working, and as it has also effected her vision, so is currently not able to drive, and may not ever be able to again. There is lots of transportation (treatment is 1.5 hours away in winnipeg, and my mom lives in gretna) cost, as well as meal costs, as well as hotel costs that both immediate and extended family incurs to provide support in this situation. Funds raised through this fundraiser would go to help with the things I already listed, as well as help with some medications that are not covered under my mom's plan, as well as to aid in ongoing care, and anything that will help improve her quality of life. She's given alot to me, and others around her and I would like to help arrange something for her.
