Fight against Police Brutality

Hi everyone,   I've decided to start a fundraiser to help me raise some money to pay for my medical and legal fees in my fight against the Cypriot government regarding the police brutality that is happening on day to day basis.

Last week i was beaten inside the police station in Cyprus, by two or more officers. The two officers started punching and kicking me after I had politely asked them to have a lawyer present, due to me not feeling safe in their presence. After announcing my right to have a lawyer present - one of the police officers took out a 3ft (1metre) long wooden rail/stick, pulled me down to the floor and started beating me with a stick while his partner was kicking and punching me. The whole time my hands were handcuffed behind my back and i was begging them to stop.

After spending almost a full day in the hospital and 5 days in jail, without any medical attention or any assistance from the police - i am pressing charges against the government.

It has been over a week now since i was assaulted by the police officers and i can still barely get out of bed, due to the serious injuries to my lower rib cage (both sides) and my right arm. After a week, i can still only sleep on my back - whilst keeping my right arm straight, to avoid the pain.

Most of my human rights were violated during the 6 day "adventure" i had with the "European" police and I would love to see the justice prevail and see the brutal police officers get punished.

However, i require additional funding to cover my legal fees + my medical bills for future follow ups on my injuries.
