Fight a Violent Fraudster – Legal Fund

This is to help a single dad to fight a woman who has not only threatened him, in recorded audio message, of being physically harmed after he filed a marriage annulment case against her when he collected enough evidence that the woman was apparently marrying him for her own green card but also threatened him of his and his kid's life being in danger due to this woman's mother's connections in China. This woman, in recorded audio messages, also tried to threaten him of suicide and bribe him to drop the case after she failed to set him up trying to void his grounds to annul the fraudulent marriage.

This woman graduated from University of Texas System with a Master Degree of Professional Accounting. She evidently instructed him to prepare joint bank account for her green card application but tried to remove her own name from the joint account after receiving her green card. She also secretly changed the address of the bank account and then repeatedly made up stories asking him to fund the account. She also evidently forged a housing contract for her green card application/interview (as illustrated in the picture below). Additionally, this woman evidently hid her incomes from both him and IRS.

This woman started hiding from him right after receiving her green card, and, in her audio messages, admitted that she had defrauded him of money and green card while questioning his capability to do anything about it and she also admitted that it had been a nominal marriage to her.

This woman has been repeatedly but intentionally lying under oath. He has been working on to annul the said marriage which hopefully would subsequently subject her to federal criminal prosecution due to document and benefit fraud.

He will be grateful for any help and the fund will be used for legal expenses to prevent this woman from further document fraud as a professional accountant and to deport this violent perpetrator of marriage fraud. If any money remains it will be donated to other GoFundMe fundraiser(s).
