FFS for Alice

Hey, my name is Alice and I'm a 32 years old transgender girl.

In late 2020 i started hormone replacement therapy and shortly after i began to use correct pronouns and name in most of my social interactions. It allowed me to gradually recover the sense of comfort with regards to who i am as a person, my body, and my expression.

Unfortunately, late introduction of HRT and years-long exposure to testosterone have caused many unwanted changes which cannot be reverted through hormone therapy alone. Because of that i have decided to pursue FFS, a type of surgical intervention as my next big transition goal. FFS is a bone-modelling surgery which makes it possible to remove excess bone growth caused by first puberty, making the face appear naturally feminine.

Sadly, this kind of surgery is very expensive and not covered by insurance in Poland. Saving money for it is unreachable for me within a reasonable timeframe, as it would take more than 10 years.

Given my age and time i already lost, i seek to undergo FFS as soon as possible. I wish i could be fully confident and comfortable with my appearance whenever I look in the mirror or at the photos.

That's why i decided to ask for help and why i created this fundraiser. Gathered sum will cover my FFS expenses, while any leftover money will go towards future GRS savings.
