Fernando needs help

Hello! My cat Fernando has serious problems with health. We dont know why it started and when, for now almost all organs abdomen are inflamed, especially liver, he has gas there and he has anemia. The fist time of all 3 years of his life, we met a really smart professional veterinary. After 3 weeks of treatment we raise hematocrit from 17.8 to 38. But since we came to hospital with critical glucose level, and fist 2 days it fell to 0 veterinary said at fist we need to make him stable condition but the only way of treatment which we can use can be more bad for another problem. Our veterinary talks with another good endocrinologist-vetetenary and they said maybe he has Addison's disease,lymphoma or all this problems because of anemia. After 3 weeks of treatment, fist 2 weeks was good after 3 time we did a blood test and didnt gave him an injections ( because we waited the results ) he stopped eat good and lost 200-300 grams. Now his weight 1.5kg. Last time we went to veterinary after 2 days of blood test, because we thought his glucose level git low again but it was fine 3.8, so she said maybe liver started to die. But we dont know for sure.By ultrasound doctor saw the next issues: signs of chronic hepatitis,chronic cholecystitis, chronic nephritis, duodenitis, enteritis, lymphadenopathy. All documents which we have o can show and translate of oy needs.

He is very young boy who doesn't deserve to live like, the most important thing for me is to make his life better and make him health if it possible but it all coast money which is unlimited, unfortunately. I will be very grateful and appreciative if you can help to save my baby. Thank you.
