Let's pitch in together to help support Fern's grad!
These funds will be used to help key caregivers in Fern's life gather together to celebrate her success as a young woman and her transition to adulthood.
Fern, we have watched you grow up from cute kidlet to amazing young adult. Can't wait to see what you do out there in the world. We are so proud of you!
