Feeding/Rescuing the strays.

Philippines stray cats and dogs are in need of help. With little food and only scraps to survive. Sometimes they are often abused by bystanders I have heard of someone put a firecracker in a dog's mouth. We need people to step up to this abuse and prosecute people who are abusive to animals. Animals are better people than most of us. So let's help them.
