Feeding the needy in our society

Am Aisha, a student from one of the renowned Public universities in Ghana. It all started one early Friday morning when my friend who also happens to be a Muslim asked me to come help her carry food she prepared home and in take out packs to a Mosque with the intention of sharing it to the less privilege who come to pray at the mosque. I was touched by this kind gesture and encouraged her to continue.I always support her with $50 monthly so she can increase the number of take out food from 60 to 100 every Friday (Jumah).

As the Holy scriptures of most religions support giving and providing for the less privileged, we wish to raise funds from anyone anywhere across the Globe to do this at least three(3) times in a week as we have realized how helpful our little contribution towards feeding our neighbors have helped bring smiles on their faces. As our yearly fasting period approaches, sharing food at various Mosques would be our topmost priority, we also intend to give out Hijab to our younger Muslim sisters so they would have different colors to choose from. We intend to do more but we can reach our goal and do more by your support.

We have therefore decided to start this campaign to raise money to support this good cause. Counting on your donations to help meet our new goal, please do support and share this campaign with your friends and family as no amount is too small to make a change.
