Feed the Need

There are great programs during the summer months that supply a free lunch to local children. However these programs typically operate Monday through Friday. We are looking to fill the void during the weekends for area children this summer. Offering free weekend bags filled with easy to prepare non perishable food. We are seeking help with funding to collect items to fill these bags. Such as (granola bars, ramen noodles, sticks and cheese, juice boxes, ravioli, fruit snacks, etc.) Our goal is to feed 200 children a week for 10 weekends and each bag will cost around $3 as a base rate to prepare. The need for programs like these are ever rising, extending to our friends, neighbors, and perhaps even your own family. So please help us reach this goal of feeding as many local children as we can this summer.
