Overview

The Philippines, a third world country, struggled more as most Filipinos live on a day-to-day income. The Metro Manila lockdown caused a lot of Filipinos starving, especially the people with disabilities and chronic illnesses. They are lucky enough if they can eat once a day.

“ Di nga kami mamamatay sa Corona Virus, Mamamatay naman kami sa gutom” according to many Filipinos. This means, “We will not die from Corona Virus, but we will die from hunger”.

SUPPORT

ITAdish, a Wine Supplier in Manila, together with other Companies and Friends is raising funds to help the government provide food and medical supplies to homeless, wage workers, and those with inflexible jobs. #viralhelp4virusbreak

We at Itadish, will be giving 50% of the income we gathered from all the wines we sold.

And as a thank you, we will also be doing a raffle for everyone that donated more than $10 ( PHP 600) will be qualified a raffle entry to win a box of wine ( 12 bottles).

YOUR DONATION

All donations to this campaign will fund to help minimize the spread of the virus, Feed the Daily Wager, Homeless and those with Zero income during this lockdown.

Any amount is greatly appreciated.

The funds raised will be used for the following:

Food assistance for families affected by COVID-19 lockdown.

“ Each meal kit ( family of 5) will have 2 kg of rice, 5 canned goods, 3 noodles, ¼ kg of dried fish, cooking oil, washable masks, and soap. Additional diapers and milk for children.

The cost of each family kit will be approximately PHP 600 that would last at least for more than a week. Meaning, in every $10 ( PHP 600), you will be helping one family already.

The procured supply kits will be handed over to the members of HANDS OF GOD CHARITY WORKS headed by Ms Beth Martinez Reyes.

Hands of Charity Works is a non-profit organization that helps families with special needs. They are the children with Cancer, Hydrocephalus, Cerebral palsy and other sick kids. They need our help mostly as their parents /guardians cannot work due to Covid-19 lockdown.

Other donations like Milk, Diapers and Maintenance Medicine are also appreciated. ( We will provide a list to those who wants to sponsor on this )

Photos and Receipts will be posted on our fb page. https://www.facebook.com/ITADISH/
