Feed Colombia

Some 805 million people in the world do not have enough food to lead a healthy active life. That's about one in nine people on earth. [1. Source:State of Food Insecurity in the World, FAO, 2014]...

Despite of improvement in the overall conditions of Colombia - Colombia has upper middle income yet inequality level is very high- there are 32.7 and 10.4 percent of people living in poverty and extreme poverty respectively, and 43 percent are food insecure.

That's  A LOT of people hungry!!

The Banco de Alimentos de Bogotá [Bogotá's Food Bank] is a non-profit run by the Catholic Church in Colombia, who partnering with private companies and corportations, provide food to more than 193 thousand people, with a goal to reach 500,000.

In a time of expending, gifts, and even excess, please give a little to those who have naught.
