Dad’s Open Heart Surgery

Dear Donor,

We write to ask you to support our dad, Necolas B. Buitre Jr., who is very ill and will undergo open heart surgery this June. The operation will involve two valve replacement, and one valve repair. His condition is making it harder for him to breathe and his energy is slowly depleting. As per the doctor’s recommendation, we need to have him operated. However, the operation will have to take place in the Philippine Heart Center in Quezon City, as the operation cannot be done here in the Province of Albay. The cost will not only be the actual surgery but also the other expenses that go with it like post operation medicine, pre & post operation diagnostic procedures, and professional fees, to name a few.

We are asking a kind donation to help our dad. For this operation, we will need to pool in more than ₱1,500,000 and before the actual surgery we need to deposit ₱550,000. We would greatly appreciate it if you can help us out with the deposit/cost. We have very limited resources and your help will greatly be appreciated.
