Father’s Medical Assistance

This month (Jan 2017), my father has been diagnosed with advanced liver disease, Papa Jun, as called by family and relatives dear to him, is a loving husband, father and grandfather, he is very jolly person who is fond of cracking jokes that gives joy to everyone, he can easily make friends and someone who will be there to give a helping hand.

Few weeks after his diagnosis, Papa Jun had been having trouble eating which caused him to lose so much weight. The then energetic and healthy Papa Jun became very weak and thin. The light in face has been replaced with sadness and pain due to the illness that he is suffering.

As of this moment, the tumor has metastasize to his lungs and intestines, his doctor has suggested to give him a chemo drug to improve his health condition. The estimated cost of the chemo medicine is Php5,000-6,000 ($100-120) per day plus other medical expenses coming to around Php500 ($10) per day.

We are appealing to you and your kind generous hearts in helping us and those who love Papa Jun restore health and wellness into his being so he can enjoy life once again. We are hoping that the day of his full recovery will come soon and your help will move him closer to being well and healthy again. any amount or form of help is highly appreciated as it would bring great impact to his medical treatment and other needs.
