I am US expat in Warsaw Poland.

My daughter has been taken from by unlawful police power and state action.

My daughter's birthright is American citizenship.  My citizenship has been used as a weapon against me in my divorce and custody battle.

In Poland, family court law permits spouses to lie without penalties of perjury or false allegations.  Judges default towards women, deny fathers contact and order high alimony and child support - despite the economic reality.

In short, the worst mother is better than the best father.

I need a lawyer to protect my parental rights, remain in Poland and fight for my child.

I cannot condemn my child to my spouse's hypergamic imperative.  This is kindest way I can express the betrayal and punishment I have endured to date.

To give you an idea of how evil it is in Poland, I know a Polish father whose son was raped by his mother's brother.  The wife wanted to falsely accuse the husband of molestation and of course take all his assets.  He prevailed in criminal court, the wife and brother remain protected by political powers, and the son, now 15, is locked up in a mental hospital because he wants to be with his father.  The courts have orderded this man to pay 10,000 PLN per month for this unlawful incarceration of his son.  His son threatened to speak out on YouTube and was threatened with severe medical treatments to suppress his speech.

Poland remains under the influence of Soviet law and the system operates under positivism, a form of law that is outside of western tradition.  Corruption is present and families are broken.

Please help me remain in Poland and save my daughter from a frightful future.
