My brother Bulat is 40 years old and has been suffering from a mental disorder all his life. His diagnosis is mild mental deficiency. This diagnosis doesn't allow him to be employed and his pension is about 210 USD. He has a hobby. He enjoys riding his bike. It is a summer bike and he cannot use it in other seasons. To be able to ride a bike in all kinds of weather he needs a fatbike. It is a special bike for all kinds of terrain and all kinds of weather which is extremely important because we live in a cold climate which is similar to the one in Wisconsin. I am his twin sister and I work as a teacher in a language school. My salary is not that big and anyway I am the person who covers all his medical bills and buys clothes for him. Sadly, I cannot afford to get him a bike for 420 dollars. He would be really happy to get it because it is his meaning of life, his dream. It all he needs to be happy. Because of his illness he is not able to create a family, to study, to have a circle of friends, to work, to fulfil himself in some area but he loves riding his bike and it makes his life less miserable.
