So I came home the other day and my youngest sister, she's 10, handed me a huge envelope. So, I opened it and...

Title: BURSARY APPLICATION LETTER

"...Members of the Council of The ___ Foundation Pte are unable to consider your appeal favourably."

🙇🏻

Well that's not so exciting isn't it. But at least I've tried.

So I went on to check my email, and there it is! THE.EXCITING.NEWS

".....you have been awarded a SCHOLARSHIP of £2,000 towards your tuition fees..." 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻 From the University of Derby itself!

I may still have a lot to raise, but hey, no amount is too small and it only injects in rays of hope, confidence and a step towards my dreams.

An update :
