Who am I?
Farmers Blend Coffee is a young entrepreunral coffee roasting company based in Vietnam. But first of all, my name is Dietmar Vogelmann, I am a young (32) entrepreneur living in Vietnam since 2009. After overcoming several obsticals here in Vietnam I finally settle down and started up a new business venture. Farmers Blend Coffee or in Vietnamese "Ca phe Nong Dan". I am German national and married to Vietnamese, beautiful, women with which I have a small son with.
What we do?
The Business was registerd as Co. Ltd on the 22.12.2014. Currently we raost 3 different coffees, a traditional Vietnamese Coffee, a Italian Style Espresso and a all day Filter Coffee. Our plan is to bring great coffee to the vietnamese population. As well as to distribute it internationally to bring the great flavors of Vietnam to the world. It is a simple idea but who knows vietnam, nothing is as simple as it looks. We are 1 out of 3 competition roasting companies offering forgein roasted coffee as well as vietnamese coffee. The demand for new coffee products in Vietnam is imense and as the country opens up, people like more of the western world, which includes a good cup of Cappuccino or Espresso. We are here to fullfil this demand. Our main advantage is our relationship to Vietnam and the expertise we bring. We have an extraordinary designed Logo - representing the traditions of Vietnam as well as our packaging is a unique selling point and eye catcher. Of course not to forget the taste of our coffee itself.
Why we need these funds?
Recently we established a online shop at www.farmers-coffee.com. The money we need, will be used to setup a distribution network in Vietnam and goes torwards our online shop for global distribution. Also we need some more money for equipment and marketing. We have a unique approach on selling our coffee in the supermarkets but also need some more funds for this project. As in the future we like to sell only coffee beans - and offer a Coffee Grinder and Display in every supermarket - where people can open the packaging, look at what they buy and finaly grind themself before going to the counter to pay. This is a unique concept in Vietnam. As we have many scandals in local newspapers already about fake coffee - Vietnamese consumers become more coutious about there products and prefer the buy beans but have not the chance to grind it at home. We appreciate every little support in our endevours to bring good quality coffee to the local people and the world. Also we purchase our raw material directly from farms to support the local coffee farm community. We are not "Fair Trade" Crtified but trade fair with our suppliers.... Thanks for your support and perhaps you will enjoy a cup of Farmers Blend Coffee in your country soon. Cam on!!
