In association with Khetlal Upazilla Agriculture Office in 2016, it have joined to IFMC project as a farmer organization and in the beginning of the year 2017, they took training in market linkage, business and production planning, organizational development and various other matters.

Farmers of Bakhira village of Khetlal upazilla produce a lot of bitter gourd every year. According to their production and business plan of Bakhira Farmers Organization, a production group of 55 farmers in the year of bitter gourd production in 2017, 35 people of the organization and 20 general farmers of the village. According to the demand of this producer group, they collect 473 packets (10 gm/ackets) of Teya (hybrid) seeds through organization from the authorized supplier of the Lal Teer Seeds Ltd. 55 farmers of Bakhira village sown the seeds in their total 27 bighas of land. Initially, the growth of the seedlings and the size of the trees were all so beautiful that more than about 35 others farmers of that village would individually buy the same varieties of seeds from them. When the tree began to bear fruit, it was found that different types of bitter gourd in the same land or in the same line. The size was different of the production in individual plants and the quantity of yield according to the type of species is very low. They cannot able to meet the demand of the market due to different size of the bitter gourd and low production. For this reason, all the farmers of Bakhira village were facing extreme losses.

In the meantime, Bakhira IFM Krishok Sangathon proceed a complain to Lal Teer Seeds Ltd in association with Upazilla Agriculture Office for recovery their compensation in highly manner. "473 packet seeds yield less than 55 farmers' land", it is not a special allegation to the company of Lal Teer Seeds Ltd. But since it is a farmer organization, the company's marketing department, along with everyone, beginning from Bogra district manager, several officials from Dhaka visited farmers' fields in Bakhira for tried to find out the reasons.

Finally, on October 23, 2017, on behalf of Lal Teer Seeds Ltd, DM, Bogra, agreed to pay 2,20,000 Tk (two lac twenty thousands) to farmers of the Bakhira Farmer Organization. An agreement was signed between the organization of the Bakhira and DM, Bogra, Lal Teer Seeds Ltd. It is said that company will provide Teya variety seed same of the Tk 2,20,000 to the farmer organization as compensation of farmers on May-June of 2018.

According to the agreement, on 5th June, 2018, the Bakhara farmer has adopted 1100 packets (10 gm/packet) of Teya variety seeds from Lal Teer Seeds Ltd. This seed has been divided into 55 farmers. Farmer’s use the seed for production as needed and sell the remaining seeds. Meanwhile, more than 35 farmers of Bakhira village outside the 55 farmers of the organization, along with many farmers in the area were affected; they could not get any help.

Fita Miah (a member of the farmer organization) said, "I plant of bitter gourd in one bigha land on every year." I am able to compensate of this year for the loss of last year as a member of the organization. However, if we had no organization today, we had to accept the loss of others as well. We could not say anything to Lal Teer Seeds Ltd.

Chakrasulla IFM Farmer's Organization, published from IFM Farmer Field School (ID-05888990018) of Rabi-2015. In assistance with the Agricultural Office of Tarash Upazila of Sirajganj district, it was added as a farmer organization with IFMC project in January 2017. In the Robi-2015 season, they got the idea about the farmer organization from the farmer field school (FFS). Currently, the organization has 40 members, of which 22 members are female and 18 are male members. Each member collects savings of 20 taka on every month. Although all types of agricultural crops have produced in the village of Chakrasulla. Due to geographical location, transport and road conditions are very bad for the marketing to take their produce. On the other hand, due to being a flood prone area. For this reason, male of the family have to stay in Dhaka or major cities for maximum time of the year for their livelihood. Most of the people of this village are dependent on agriculture and fishery. Therefore, women's family members make arrangements for farming and fishery farming.

Chakrasulla IFM Krishak Sangha was elected president and secretary of two women leaders from there group. In the last one year, after received training from IFMC Project on business (Market Linkage) and organization development, the organization has organized 3 types of business leaded by the women's leader. On the other hand, in order to increase the production in their homesteads, they create small saplings of nurseries in the planned manner and produce various vegetables such as papaya, Chilli, Gourd, whit gourd, sweet gourd, in each member house. The communication way of their area is not good, therefore, it is difficult for the farmers to procure various fertilizer, pesticide/insecticide or seeds from the market for agricultural production. So they are the first to start an input business. In this business, they are trading as a capital of Tk. 10000 and they have sold for the least amount of profit among the members. From here, they got Tk 2360 in last year as profit. Apart from this, they used to invest in the egg and banana business as a capital of Tk 5000 for each business. They got profit Tk 1213 from egg and Tk 9,200 from the banana business. Women play a major role in managing these business activities. They have gained significant value in the banana business, mainly because of the participation of women members. Two women BFP purchases the banana from the women farmers of their area and the banana is planted in natural way by keeping the floor or mask of the living room. Later, those ripe bananas were sold in local market with the help of male members.

President Most Shahnaz Parvin said, “we have started the homestead plantation of papaya, whit gourd, gourd in a planned manner and our business plan comes with this product. The plantlet is very beautiful in all the houses. In addition, in our area, lots of bananas are planted in the pond side. As a result, we hope to do business in the big scale as well as our production and banana. Due to the initiative of our collective business, there has been a lot of interest among women farmers of the area.”

Chakrasulla IFM Krishak Sangha’s current fund is Tk 140,000. Other members of the organization think that, farmers are more beneficial when they are marketed with collectively by farmer organization, and the problem of farmers is getting very low. So, we need more capital for marketing all the goods in this village. In this situation, we could have taken this activity forward even if we can create a good communication with MFI.

In this Case,Our Organization Fund Is Totally Empty...We Need A Hug Amount To Build up Our Organization ..We always try to Help In Our Local Area Poor Farmer..Our country have a big population,Its over 180 million..About 70 percent of them depend on agriculture for their livelihood.
