Farm Irrigation Project

I need help turning a small 10 acre piece of land to a modern irrigated farm. I plan to plant vegetables and cereals atleast 4 seasons a year. I have not been able to find a job yet so want to create one for myself and for a few other people who i will employ with the help of the funding i will get from generous people here. Any contributions will highly be appreciated.
