Family waiting for dads kidney transplant

We are about to be evicted and have no money to move we have 4 children living with us that Scott (their father) is the sole provider Scott is waiting for a kidney transplant and is on dialysis 3x a week for 4-5 hours at a time due to that he’s not been able to work he is slowly gaining strength back to go to work but right now he’s pretty weak we don’t want to loose this place we have kids that go to school around here and they are comfortable PLEASE HELP US SAVE OUR PLACE PLEAS
