family reunion with children

I have been away from my children for over 1o years. I was abused and tortured. I did not know what to do so I ran to get out before he killed me. I had to leave my family behind. Now I am safe and want to return to my family. My children want me back and they are in a bad situation themselves and need my help. I have no way of getting to them and I have a family here that wants to be with me through these trying times. Please help me get back and reunite with my loved ones. I am sick and not able to work. my partner now is a good man who works hard every day but we just cannot afford to relocate all of us and he does not want me doing this on my own especially with being sick.
