Family reunion

Please help any amount is greatly appreciated and will go along way towards my goal of bringing my family together after a long awaited 16 years apart, I fled my home in Ireland in 1998 from a 10 year abusive relationship in which my children where taken into care as they felt I could no longwe keep them safe due to their father kpet tracking up down, I managed to regain custody of my three eldest children but not my two youngest as they had already been adopted by a family, now they are at the legal age we can go and visit them, after 16 years of no contact and heartache.  I understand there are many people with worse situations then myself but to me this is my life long goal but I just don't have the funds to make it happen.
