Family of 3

I have seen this site help many in the past as I have anonymously donated in the past as well.   I am a single father of 2 sons renting in the worst possible neighborhood in my city.   I work full time and it barely covers the cost of loving which is very high for the location.  I am looking to put a downpayment on a home and then pay a mortgage instead of rent for my 4 & 5 year old to grow up in a beautiful neighborhood and have a yard they can play in without broken glass and used syringes and without gangs around.  I was pretty much stuck moving to my current living situation as my other residence sold by the owner and the new owners didn't want tenants.  

 I want 2015 to be the year my children can live within a worry free place.   Normally this is something I'd never do as I have too much pride in asking for help and I don't have a lot of family.   Helping us would be one of the most kind things anyone could ever do.  Thank you for taking the time to read I appreciate it.
