Family life restart

We will be moving to another country soon, and our family has a super tight budget now. The reasons are: lots of expenses on rehabilitating our autistic son (Latvian government does not support any professional therapies, local charities give limited help because of too many requests); I has never been very good at budgeting, investing or saving. Now I have much better knowledge on this, but ain't got no basis to start new money management from. Finally, the year-long Covid-crisis, which is still lasting in Latvia, has limited the amount of work that I can do. Basically, our family has no savings, only month-to-month living. We are moving to give better opportunities to our son, to a place where autistic people are at least somehow accepted.
