Family in urgent need of help

Me and my wife Rene moved to Thailand two years ago to follow her dream of becoming a teacher. A few months ago she fell ill and was diagnosed with dystonic dystonia. It took all of our savings to get her on the right treatment. Unfortunately I had to come back to SA to sort out some loose ends and get medication that was not available in Thailand and cost more than we bargained for. A couple of days ago she got sick and went back to hospital for further tests and observation. With the Corona virus causing having we are hoping and praying that it is not something serious. We are waiting for the test results. I am currently stuck here in SA without any finances to get back to her in her time of need. She has no friends or support and I really need R10000.00 or a plane ticket to get back to her and assist her in her time of need. Please if anyone can help.
