Family in need of help

We are a family of 4 and I am responsible for the well being of all of us. I am currently a full time mom until my daughter (1,5 years old) starts kindergarten in March. An unexpected health bill of 15,000€ for my daughter used up all my emergency savings, and now I can’t pay this months rent! I have tried banks, but as a self employed divorced woman living with an African refugee that hasn’t been very successful (banks have their discriminating filters here).
