Family in need

Hi, Neven Novacic, my close cousin passed away on Sunday, October 24, 2021. at the age of 40. He left his young family behind. Wife, Mirela Novacic and 3 children (13, 9 and 4 months old baby). They live in a small village in Croatia, near Cazma, Donji Dragicevac. They lead a simple but hardworking life, with very limited earnings.

Neven’s parents died when he was 7 years old so he grew up without both parents, raised by his grandmother alone. He never had it easy in life. :(
Now his children are facing similar situation, growing up without one parent.
This year they had a house fire and that alone left them with huge expenses, no insurance as it was not mandatory to have and with limited funds they couldn’t afford the premium. They have no life insurance and no hope for the future.

Family from both sides helped as much as possible to do minimum repairs so they at least have a warm home, or part of their home.

We will keep helping as much as possible but we are asking for a help from good people so we don’t come short in helping.

Neven was the only provider for the family. His wife is unemployed. With 3 kids (one being a baby) she will not be able to even look for a job for at least a year. Due to the house fire she is left with no savings to get them through this.

Neven selflessly used his vacation to go and help to people who suffered huge damage from the violent earthquake.

He was a good man who always went over and beyond to help others.
