Family house

My family and I received help from the state to build a family home. The help was in the basic building material according to some offered standard project that we had previously selected. Since we live in a modern independent and corrupt state, the resulting material was of very poor quality and everything was missing. Because of that, we had to finance a good part of ourselves through loans, since my wife and I with three children live on the edge of existence with a minimum income. The money I want to raise we need to complete the basic work so we can move into the house.
