Family Fighting For The Roma Community

As two new missionaries, Emanuel and Crina Ngochinya ,our small family unit has found that our calling from God is to spend two years working with the Roma community living in underprivileged conditions on the outskirts of the Romanian city of Cluj-Napoca. Due to the nature of their living conditions as well as the treatment from local authorities and sometimes the average population, children and teenagers are having difficulties breaking their cycles of poor educational upbringing as well as integrating into the surrounding communities. The money that we aim to raise here on a monthly basis will be used to support the living costs of our family and provide possible resources for the community while we volunteer full-time in partnership with a fellow Christian organisation, Rise2Shine, that are currently in operation there. We will assist in creating and leading programs for both children and teenagers as well as creating personal mentoring systems to assist them with their spiritual, social and educational development.
