Family desperately needs help

We relocated the the USA in December of 2018 and applied for asylum. We had some money which ran out due to the fact the we cannot work.

We were taken in by a sponsor family earlier this year. Instead of motivating and encourging us, we have been insulted, degraded and humiliated. We have been made out to be worthless!

We have been receiving a donation of $250 per week and then pay our sponsor $100 per week. And with that we have to buy and make our own food for a family of 3 people. As this is hardly enough to cover food and other expenses for 3 people, my wife and I sometimes eat only every second or third day as we make certain that our child has enough food, fruit and vegetables.

We are also not on any welfare program or food stamps at all.

It has been extremely difficult for us and during the last 3-4 months we have been asked constantly when are we moving out. Even though we weren't legally allowed to work. We have since received our paperwork which allows us to work. We have both been sending our resumes to recruitment agencies and have applied for many jobs. We haven't found any employment as yet even though we are highly qualified.

We have since been informed that we have to move out by end of November 2019.

Unfortunately we do not know people that can accommodate us.

I am appealing to the people out there that is willing to assist us in way possible. We literally have nothing.

We are at a stage where we have almost lost all hope. We have been contacting other charities as well but we have had no response whatsoever.

I hope that we will be able to obtain donations here.
