Dear People Around the World,

Sadly our family car just broke again, and the mechanic bill would cost more than 3 times the car's value itself..I must admit, we always buy old cars to use, like 10+ years, so it is not a great surprise when few month later things happen and need fixing here and there..but that is what we can afford, anyway...

Not having a car does not bother us particularly, as we are living in the centre of the city. We could just walk or use transport, whenever we want, but to visit my husband's mum, who is our daughter's grandma also is vital, indeed.

She lives in a small village, disabled and needs help with some general things in life, such as cutting grass around the house, lifting, moving things she is incapable of doing, shopping etc... Also for someone who is vulnerable, depending on others, especially elderly, who are fragile in general, feeling isolated can be damaging emotionally and mentaly. So, when we are talking about a car, the real meaning is behind having the connection and availability, in our case. For her it means the world, to be able to share moments together, having something to look forward to, seeing us and her only one grandchild turns her ordinary day into celebration..Not to mention, vinter is on it's way, snow can be difficult to clear on the road...lot of reasons, many tasks love demands, taking care of each other.

I would not ask, never did in my past ever, rather always helped, before anyone asked with pleasure..but Covid virus shaked our financial situation, we can not afford to buy at the moment. I had to stay home for my little one for months, because nursery closed down.. ( it is open now at the moment, but who knows until when...? ) My job cut back hours in the evening and day time work I had to leave, since life is so unpredictable with a child. I work in the evening as much as I can, when daddy is with Becky but that does not pay too well..( cleaning.. job selections are very limited here for late hours..) My lovely husband luckily works from home, however the income we have goes toward our bills and grocery, basically we live month by month, really.

So. dear people, if you are thinking, looking for a good cause to help, this is our story.. if you can not give at the moment, which I completely understand, please share it. Might be someone out there, through You, who could be our Angels :)
