Family Car

After a nasty split from my now ex husband due to domestic violence, I became a single mother of two on top of a full time college student.  Due to financial difficulties, I lost my car.  I normally don't ask for help like this but it's very difficult to have two children and no car.  Thanks to close friends, I am able to make do, but I hate to be a burden to people.  Thanks to financial aide refunds, I will be able to add some money to a car fund and thats why I have created this.  I'm just asking for a little more to add to what I will have to purchase a car and not have any payments and be able to set up the insurance.  I'm not expecting to be able to buy a brand new car by no means, I just want something dependable for me and my kids so I can get them to visitation exchanges, go on family trips, even buy groceries without having to walk or beg for rides.
