Family Broke & Stuck in Philippines

I am really in desperate condition. We Need Plane Tickets out of the Philippines back to America for me and my children. My American husband ran off and left me with my three kids. We came here to the Philippines, where I was born but had problems with money and he left us here with no way of supporting our family. I have a daughter 10, a boy 8, and a little girl 10 months. We are American citizens and need to get back to the States. I am a naturalized citizen, and my two big kids were born in America. My youngest is a Filipino citizen and I am in the process of getting her dual citizenship and American passport now.  It is impossible to make a living here and I don't know what to do. I can't live on the streets here and there is no government support for us.

I suspect he found a younger, prettier girl to occupy his time with but I am not sure of where he is.

I ask for your help to finance our return to America. Please, if you can find it within your heart, help us. I am embarassed to have my situation so public but I have no other choice. I have no family or friends able to help us. Thank you so much,
