Familly house restoration

Greetings. I'm trying to raise some money for my house restoration. It's a 40 year old house in desperate need of renovation that i can't fully afford, due to fact that main problems are leaking balconies, and such repair requires experienced crew and expensive materials - that i can't afford :( Selling it is not an option because i was born and grew up in it and it was built by my father... who died 2 years ago and the house condition is getting worse with every year. There's a lot to do but i plan to renovate at least 70% all by myself , although parts of it are beyond my skills and time because i have regular job and i'm saving as much money as i can to renovate it.... but it requires much more then i can earn, and that's why i'm hoping to get any donation help from You.

It's not easy for me due to fact that i always earned everything and never asked for help or especially money, but time has come that i just have to try every possible way because my balconies are leaking and slowly flooding the inside of the house and since the winter is slowly comming - it's gonna be catastrophic if i won't fix those things by that time.

If You would be kind enough to send any ammount i would really appreciate and that would surelly help even a little bit because i already work a lot to earn enough money for decent house renovation. I'm focusing on saving money for those balconies but there are many other important parts of the house in need of restoration like 40 year old windows or almost totally wrecked driveway, but those things can wait.
