Fair Construction 4 Everyone

Hi everyone! I'm a civil engineer with 12 years experience and entrepreneur running my "one-man-band" company for 3 years now.

Having wast experience as a site engineer and site manager in residential construction, I've realized that many contractors tend to cheat, or let's say tend to build in lower quality products or materials, especially on residential projects in order to maximize their profit.

That results in reduced quality and potential problems for end user, which is most probably layman and can be tricked easily.

Most people are buying or will buy their house / flat without any knowledge about materials built in their property, except for floors, doors and tiles which are visible.

I have an idea how to change this :)

By implementing all phases of construction into a software, I would ensure that each structure has its own "medical record", which would contain photos of all construction phases, information about materials built in the structure, as well as locations of all installations in the walls, floors - understandable to average Joe :)

Wider application of such construction records would allow each property to have full data stored and would lead to fair construction in which end user knows what he is buying, building or where he's living... It would be possible to easily detect weak & strong points of each property and allow better starting point in future renovations and refurbishments.

I strongly believe that this is applicable, simple yet useful tool that would ensure "Fair Construction". I need the amount stated for required equipment and development of software. I thank you all in advance for supporting my vision of fairer construction 4 all! 👷‍♂️💪
