Hello, I am a 22 year old student and my now ex-roommate from hell has decided to bail and live with someone else mid lease. She has stopped paying me for utilities and other things she agreed upon, and I’ve been forced to cover for the last few months. I cannot make ends meet this month, and have received a letter from the landlord threatening to evict me if the full amount (1500) is not paid by December 19th! I am freaking out and stressed beyond belief! I don’t know what to do.. I just need help.
