Hi my name is Marsha Brown. I am raising funds for my brother Dwight Morgan to do eye surgery due to diabetic retinography. Diabetic retinography occurs when diabetes damages the blood vessels in the retina which then obscures vision. This can be treated several ways including surgery when it is more advanced. Dwight's case is severe and he needs surgery. His surgery will cost approximately 2,000,000 JD or 20,000 USD.
