Eye(Retina) Operations

I am writing to bring your kind attention towards my concern. I am a workingas a day worker in my country. This to inform you that my father is in bad state of health. He is suffering from severe eye(Retina Damage) problem and doctors has prescribe his eye operations . I am a poor man and getting limited amount of salary and within this ,it is not possible for me to meet up the expenses .

I am the only son in my family to look after his and as an obligation. I have to do this. I respect you to kindly provide me with long of financial help so that I can make his treatment possible. I hope that you will consider my request.
