Eye surgery

Hi there. I would like to ask you for little help, I have hordeolum on my eye for 6 months, my doctor adviced me to excimer laser microsurgery, but I don't earn much, it hurts every time it appears (approx twice a month) and it can be cured or calmed by injections, but it doesn't help every time. All money will be used for cure, and if I get more I will send them to my parents and two younger siblings, they are poor. Thank you so much for your help.
