Campaign Story
Hello friends!
We are humbling knocking on your generous hearts to participate in a mini fund-raising activity we are organizing for our dearest, Yanah.
A week ago, she was diagnosed with leukocoria, or "white pupil". Leukocoria is caused by anomalies with the retina, lens or vitreous. It is often the first manifestation of a number of intraocular and systemic diseases.
To find out what caused her white pupil, she underwent several eye tests and ultrasound today, and turned out positive for retinoblastoma, a cancer that starts in the retina. It is the most common type of eye cancer in children. Yanah is only 2 years old.
Hence, she needs to undergo eye operation ASAP to remove the tumor in her eye. The procedure will be costly that’s why we are seeking additional funds for her operation.

However, sad that her left eye has to be removed because of the tumor. Her scheduled operation will be on Tuesday and we are asking for prayers — strength and protection
