Extreme Cooling pad for laptops built from scrap

Hello guys, I was wondering one day.

Hey if you play games on a laptop, the laptop overheats or have a high temperature, right?

Okay i have some scrap parts but no tools, and since i`m in Greece for a few months and have no friends, well help doesn`t come from trees.

So i need to buy some tools and the scrap parts to make a good cooling pad ( which decreases the temperature of your laptop by 15 - 25 degrees Celsius).

I have studied electrical engineering, so no worries.
Or even better, if you are from Athens, Greece you can help me with my little project, and by the way, also who wants a COLD cooling pad, after the prototype it`s finished and i have the fully operational model. I will make another one and send it to whoever needs it (that means he or she needs to prove it that his/her laptop is overheating and needs a good cooling pad)

When I will have all the parts/tools i need and start the project, I will keep you posted with pictures and up to date.
