Hello my name is Mark A Munoz and I represent a Compny call Express Welding Services which is base here in Los Angeles. I became a Cal. License Contractor back in 2011. The purpose and the reason was so that I can contribute in the hiring our veteran soldiers who are returning home and reenerating into our society. At this time, I have the truck and the equipment, qualifications. And the credentials to start, but l am missing the capital to start because most of my equipment is in need of upgrading and repairs. The cost of the start up for me is actually around about $ 18,000./20,000 thousand to start, but I will take what ever help I can get. I tried getting the funds through typical financial institution but I didn't qualify for the funds due to that the Company hasen't shown any history at all with any financial records. So instead they advise me to look into organizations like this one where I could get help from. The cost of the basic breakdown go's as follow $ 5,000 which will cover Tags,registration,engine, transmission an electrical repairs. The other $5,000 will cover all licenses and repairs of the 2 welding gas generators with upgrades. The other $10,000.
