EXPOSING THE NAKED TRUTH ABOUT DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

The funds I am raising will be used to help me and my son get financially stable after fleeing our home with nothing and nowhere to go a dozen years ago. We are the lucky ones. We left before someone got critically injured or died and we won a landmark court case for our personal freedom. But we still don't have a home or car or bank account. The economic abuse that accompanies domestic violence can be bone crushing for decades.

Secondly, I feel the need to reach behind closed doors to those who are still experiencing family violence and empower them to leave before they die. I am dreaming of more photo shoots with professional models and disgusting statistics to share. And I have written a song about domestic violence to the tune of "When You Wish Upon A Star" called TIME TO GO.

I will be recording a beautiful music video of this song with my harp, a singer and 7 string violin player Jimmy Be Free (There are only 3 of these violins on the planet!) Then we can leverage our music video for more funds to get the campaign and our video on National TV and in National print publications.
