Experiment by myself to cure Psoriasis

I need your help to get me out from the sufferings of Psoriasis

More than that, if I succeed in healing, I had a plan to help the other Psoriasis sufferers recovering theirs as well, bring them back to normal life with dignity.

I had over 20 years of psoriasis and the burning skin, red thick dots, and skin is keep falling off all the time. People will look at my hands and skins instead of my eyes when talking to me, or others may just jump off from their seats next to me.

However, this is not the worst. I cannot go swim with my son while my whole body is wounded, I make my home very messy with all the skins flakes on the floor. I feel very embarrassed after sitting somewhere as much skins left on the seat. This hurts me from inside to outside.

For the pass 20 years, I see many western or chinese doctors, spent much much money and time to the treatment. They all said it is not completely curable. They give me steroid and medics, which kills my organs (such as liver), can cure me if I keep consuming. But I know my live is going to end badly with this.

So I seek for another way, I found medical papers, research and real healed cases on the web. They promote the idea that psoriasis is not just the problem of immune system disorder. The cause is what we eat (such as gluten, processed food, dairy products) left toxins in our guts and we have LEAKLY GUT and so, the toxins leaks from the gut and running all over our body via the blood vessels, causing inflammation, and thus psoriasis result.

This theory matches with those people who get cured by the way they change their diets. And I am trying this by myself. Usually it would takes 6 to 12 months to have visible results.

This method needs to take vege-based diet , with fruit and lots of supplements. I started just a month, and because of no starch, and low sugar, my emotions are impacted badly and very low energy all the time. This totally affecting my life, and my ability to work especially, so I am asking for your kind help.

This is a kind of experiment as well, I strongly sense that I should help the others once healed. I will need to write books and now I am recording all the progress, I am writing down my feelings, my doubts for the book. And try to let the world know that psoriasis can be cured.
