Experiencing the Radical Body

Hello from Athens,

my name is Dimitra Ioannou. I am a poet, artist, and the editor of the journal A) GLIMPSE) OF), an independent, ad-free, magazine which publishes works by contemporary writers & artists in order to generate new narratives for the now (aglimpseof.net).

I co-edited the upcoming issue (#4) with the artist Rebecca Wilcox who is based in Glasgow. Experience is the subject, the texture of lived experience, conditions of possible experience against/despite the constraints of habit and related norms. We put together an inspiring issue!!!

We need your help to cover production costs and send A) GLIMPSE) OF) to the printer. Please note that there is no public or private funding for literary and art magazines in Greece.

The Experiencing the Radical Body issue features

This is a limited edition (17X24 cm, B&W) in English; some works will be translated into Greek and uploaded on the site. The issue will be launched during the second edition of Athens Art Book Fair (September 26-27, 2020). Issue #3 is available at Good Press Gallery in Glasgow, and Little Tree Bookstore in Athens
