Exercise for everybody !!!!

Hello world! I’m Christian Monterroso, a certified personal trainer, fitness coach and specialist on treatment and development for disable people. I like to motivate people to have a healthy lifestyle by working out and having a lean nutrition.

Lately i’ve been working with disabled and low income people bringing all sorts of activities that they can perform in order to maintain them active and be happy, doing some workouts and monitored excercise, this is why i need help! cause all of the equipment that i need to buy to bring to these people is a little expensive because is special for them, i have saved money throught the past year but still i need some more for this cause, any help is welcome!!
