Ex Soldier battling for a career that saved his life.

After serving 20 years in the Army my career had to come to quick end. Suffering from severe Depression and Anxiety due to years of cut backs and trying to protect my soldiers under my command. I was at rock bottom with life. But there was light at the end of the dark tunnel I started flying and got the joy and love of life back. I have now made a full recovery and want to continue on to becoming a Commercial pilot. I have had great support from the aviation world and want to champion that you can get better and find the joy and love back after a difficult illness. I have currently sold everything I own except my medals to try finish the funding needed to have the rewarding career that I so desperately need to keep me back as the human I was before. I have never asked for help in my life but I so desperately need to finish this chapter and to give the thousand of my fellow soldiers the hope that you can get better and you can still do whatever you put your mind too. The €65,000 euros is the final part with the added bonus of a job offer from a major Airline.
