Ex racehorse needs help

My Irish bred 8yo thoroughbred called Cobra finished his racing career when he was five and since I have had him he was never completely sound. This year we had to deal with plenty of health issues incluing a leg injury, a serious colic, a neck injury. In november he came up lame and the vet discovered he has sacroiliac problems and possible kissing spines. Unfortunately he is not insured so we need your help to transfer him to a hospital to fully evaluate his lameness, do x-rays, regional anesthesia, medication, treatment and rehab.

He is such a lovely, special boy, my only horse and means the world to me. It's so so sad to see him being in such pain and not being able to help him, it breaks my heart.
