Eviction

Well my name is Jackie, and through unforeseen circumstances myself, husband, and 2 children are going to be homeless in a matter of days. About a year ago we moved from SC to WV after the home we had just bought was found to have black mold which made me seriously ill, I am still not 100% recovered. Well we moved to WV both my husband and myself were able to find good jobs. I had emergency surgery in June and was off work for a month. I just received a promotion and raise. Now to the part that really is horrid we have been renting a home for almost 9 months from a friend with only a verbal agreement month to month. And we were just informed tonight we have 3 days to vacate apparently the house is being sold without any prior knowledge. Rather than fight it through court I would really just prefer to move since the man that is buying the home lives right next door and is constantly disturbing us. I asked for 30 days which would be enough time to save some money up to move but was told no. Please if you can help me just move on so I can keep my family together with the least amount of stress as possible. This is my last resort as I have no extended family to call for help.
